Message from Superintendent Billy Smith

As superintendent of the Fairfield City Schools, it is an honor and a privilege to serve the students and families of this great district. I am deeply rooted in this community, not only as a former Fairfield student, but also as a resident and parent to three graduates and two current students. I am wholeheartedly committed to ensuring that every child in our district receives an exceptional educational experience.

Our commitment is not only to academic excellence, but we also strive to meet the needs of the whole child. We understand that an excellent educational experience is not only what happens within the classroom walls but also the social, emotional, and physical well-being of our students.

I am proud to say that achieving this goal is a community-wide effort, one that involves administrators, teachers, staff members, and the members of our supportive community. Together we create an environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.

I am confident that by working together, we will continue to prepare all students for their best possible future.
