FHS Drama production of The Curious Savage continues Nov. 1-2 with performances in the Kathleen Sullivan Studio Theatre. Tickets are $8 for all. John Patrick is a charming comedy that shares the story of a widow, Mrs. Ethel Savage, who is committed to The Cloisters "sanatorium" by her greedy, grown step-children when she refuses to give up her plans for the $10 million left to her by her late husband. She meets some enchanting "guests" at The Cloisters who help her follow through with her dreams and plans. The play will leave the audience feeling that the neglected virtues of kindness and affection have not been entirely lost in a world that seems motivated at times only by greed and dishonesty.
