West Elementary Meet the Teacher Night for PM Kindergarten and 3rd Grade

J lease mark your calendar for your child’s Meet the Teacher Night. This evening provides you and your child an opportunity to meet the teacher prior to arriving to school on the first day. Children are invited to come with you. The teachers will also provide handouts with important information. Children are invited to bring their school supplies and sit at their new desks for the first time. A great deal of information will be available to you in the gym that evening as well. Please stop by the gym. Our PTC will be serving treats to our students there. This is also a great opportunity to take your child on a tour of the building so they will be familiar with their surroundings on the first day. Please note that this year your child’s grade level determines which night and time you are to attend Meet the Teacher Night.
*If your child is an AM preschool/kindergartner or 1st grader, you attend on August 19th from 4:30-5:15.
*If your child is a PM kindergartner or 3rd grader, you attend on August 19th from 5:30-6:15.
*If your child is a 2nd or 4th grader, you attend on August 20th from 5:00-5:45.
