Eighth Grade Band Night!
One of the most exciting performances of the year is our 8th grade Band Night.  The date for Band Night this year is this Friday, September 20.  The dress for that evening will be a red top (t-shirt, sweatshirt, jacket - depending on the weather) black pants (dress pants or black jeans are fine for this performance, but please no blue jeans) and good athletic shoes.  The report time Friday is 6:30 at Fairfield Stadium.  Students get in to the game free with their instrument and music at gate #4. Parents need to pay the regular admission. The students will perform at half time with the high school band. We will rehearse for this performance Thursday during the school day and Thursday after school with the high school band from 5:00 to 5:30 PM at the high school in the student parking lot.  Good athletic shoes should be worn for the rehearsals as well.  The students have been provided a detailed call sheet. Students, please make sure you take care of any lyre, instrument, or music issues so you are ready to perform. Parents, this is an exciting performance that you won't want to miss!
