Intradistrict students and parents - All students who were granted an intradistrict transfer request to attend a school different from their assigned home school and would like to continue in their current school building for the 2025-2026 school year, must submit an online intradistrict transfer request form. The link to access the online request form will be available at 8:00 AM on April 7, 2025 at www.fairfieldcityschools.com. All submitted request forms will automatically be date/time stamped upon submission.
PARENTS: Intradistrict transfer requests are limited and only granted if space is available at the requested school. Request forms will be received on first come, first served basis. Request forms submitted after May 2nd may not be reviewed until August. NO paper request forms will be processed.
Notification of acceptance or denial will be made no later than the week before school starts.
Please be aware that all fees (current and past) must be paid in full prior to your submission of an application for 2025-2026 school year. Please pay fees online using PaySchools or at the building your student currently attends. ******
It is important for students to be at school on time each day. Attendance is vital to education.
- If your student is going to be absent, we MUST be notified each day...please e-mail [email protected].
- A call does not excuse an absence, we must have documentation (email, hand-written note, doctor's note, funeral memorial card).
- The student handbook and all necessary forms to be completed and/or updated are located at Final Forms.
- MUST be completed at the beginning of each year
- Also, update any time your information changes, to ensure you receive important information from the district and school
- Completion is mandatory for a student to go on field trips!

- Snacks are available for an additional charge
- Put money in your child’s account online at PaySchools Central using MasterCard or Visa.
- Click on the PaySchools Central Link or you may pay with cash, money order, or check made payable to Fairfield West Cafeteria.
- FREE/REDUCED lunch application MUST be completed every year to determine if you qualify. Go to Final Forms, click on Link to Free & Reduced-Price Meal Application.
- If you qualify for free meals you may also qualify for a waiver of school fees. Click "I WANT to share..." in the Fee Waiver Eligibility tab in Final Forms.
- Grades 1,2,3 & 5 - $60.00
- 4th grade - $66.00 (includes recorder)
- Kindergarten - $40.00
- Preschool - $33.00
- Typical preschool tuition is $200/month due by the 5th of every month.
- You may pay school fees and tuition online using MasterCard or Visa, at PaySchools Central. Or you may pay with cash, money order, or check payable to Fairfield West Elementary.
- 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- AM Kindergarten and Preschool - 9:30 AM-12:10 PM
- PM Kindergarten and Preschool - 1:20 PM - 4:00 PM
- Hours are 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM
- and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
